If there were awards given out to websites that make sure you enjoy the experience of visiting a website then these two would win hands down and if I had to pick a winner I would have to say Bwin purely on their brilliant lay out and easy to navigate site that really is a joy to visit. Ladbrokes on the other hand is a bit more for the hardened punter although they like Bwin do put a lot of hours in to maintaining their site.

For a company the size of Ladbrokes then the bonuses and promotions are not what they should be too be honest and I think they should be handing out a bit more than they are to keep customers happy and feel wanted.
